Question by asbloodrunsblack27: How much will guitar center charge for switching pickups?
I have a guitar with active emg pickups already in it and i wanted to switch in some active Seymour Duncan pickups instead but i was wondering how much guitar center would charge for the labor and things.
It’s only two pickups being switched out of my guitar if i take it there.

If I were doing it, I’d probably charge you $ 25 or so… plus the cost of parts. I doubt GC would charge much more.

I would say that the price would be higher, around $ 50-$ 100 depending on if its 2 or 3 pickups. Its not a lot of work or a hard job, but they normally charge a bit for electronic work. They typically have a set price on pickup changes, you can call the store. Im sure they will try to sell you a setup along with it.
